Thai Red Curry

This is an authentic red curry paste with fresh kaffir lime leaves and high quality oyster sauce.

Not a piece of meat is left on the plate.

 

Marinating Process:

1. Place sauce, spices and 75ml of oil into the marinating bag.

2. Mix the ingredients well.

3. Add 1.2 kilo of meat( prefect for beef, lamb and fish) into marinating bag and massage well.

4. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours before grilling.
