1. Trim and clean Sea Treasure Whole White Tiger Prawn and cut it into halves.
2. Heat up pan with oil, add 6 cloves minced garlic. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until the prawn shell turns red.
3. Add 1 teaspoon salt or 2 tablespoon Megachef Gluten Free Soy Sauce, some black pepper and KwangTung MiJiu( Rice wine).
4. Put chopped pasley or coriander as garnish. Serve while it is hot.
