How to roast in oven:
Preheat the oven to 180°C, add a layer of raw cashews on tray and roast them for 10-15 minutes.
How to roast on stove
A pan on medium heat, add raw cashew on pan and heat them around 5 minutes until they turn brown and fragrant.
