Chalawan is a shapeshifter and the King of Alligators. The story is a Thai folkore tale where.  He is strong and aggressive due to his wild beast nature.  He is also smooth and charming.  Just like the Chalawan this Pale Ale balances bitterness vs sweetness.  Crafted from the blends of Pilsner malt and roasted Munich malt, it has a medium body with moderate carbonation.  It delivers a malty carmamel note flanked by Lychee, citrus & floral aromas that glide into a long finish thanks to the robust 'happiness' profile of the Cascade and Columbus hops.
