Dried chrysanthemum flower normally used for chrysanthemum tea or chrysanthemum  porridge.
 
To prepare chrysanthemum tea:
Place the dried chrysanthemum in a teabag or tea strainer. Steep in 95°C hot water for 3-5 minutes,  in either teapot or cup, add some rock sugar or cane sugar in the drink.
