Red bean paste is made of sugar, red bean, water and cooking oil, used in East Asian cuisine. This mushy red sweet paste normally used as filling for mooncake, bun or dumpling.
To make red bean paste, you will need to boil red bean for 30 minutes, add sugar and simmer until the red beans become tender. Add cooking oil in the paste, keep stirring the paste on low heat. You can also use OKE brand Red Bean Paste in your dessert and baking instead.
