Yulin Brand Zheng Gu Shui uses to activate blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis, to remove obstruction from collaterals and channels to relieve muscular contracture aof swelling and alleviate pain. Is it used for traumatic injuries, used fore-or-aft exercise which can eliminare fatigue. 
 
Usage & Dosage:
Rub the area peripheral to the affected area with cottom soaked with the  tincture for analgesia. Restore dislocated or disjointed to proper position manually, dress with soaked cotton and bandage gently. After one hour of medicateon on upper limbs or one and a half hours on lower limbs, remove the cotton. Apply 2 to 3 times daily thereafter until totally recover.
 
External use only, not rub into wound.
